Fees and Payments

We offer all pet parents clear, transparent, all-inclusive estimates of their financial responsibility for services before they are performed.

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your pet’s medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered.

For your convenience, we accept cash, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, and American Express.

Insurance

We are a participating provider of Trupanion Pet Insurance, and we may be able to bill them directly in selected cases.
We also work alongside a range of other insurance companies to make claims quick and easy.

Financing Options

We have several financing options available to ensure your pets get the care they need, even if you can’t pay for it right now. This includes CareCredit and ScratchPay.

FACE Foundation

SurgiPet Surgery & Anesthesia Center is a veterinary partner of FACE Foundation. Based in San Diego The Foundation for Animal Care and Education (FACE) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) public charity that provides financial grants for animal owners who are unable to afford the cost of their pet’s care.
